However, there are two dimensions closely related to the teaching practice in which female teachers evaluate themselves as less competent than males. These are the didactic and curricular dimensions and the management of digital spaces and resources.
How can we address the gender gap? We need to adapt our teaching style to the teacher digital competence.
While, at the same time, we should be trained in the competences we lack. This has to do with the flexible teaching styles; we need to adapt ourselves to every teaching context and to our students’ needs.
In addition, we need to have models for reference. We are continuously working on this by creating female teaching models with respect to the female nature.MORE INFORMATION
